Danny Witt, President/Director of Witt Tennis
Danny Witt is a USPTA Certified Professional who has spent more than 25 years developing competitive junior tennis players. He has coached USTA Team Florida teams, has been awarded the Junior Coach of the Year multiple times, and has coached several Jacksonville area high school Players of the Year. Many of Danny's students have gone on to play collegiate tennis.
Danny is a board member of the USTA Florida Section Junior Coaches Commission and the University of North Florida Athletics. Prior to establishing Witt Tennis, Danny served as the Director of Regional Development for Todd Martin Tennis and managed tennis clubs as the Director of Tennis. As a player, he achieved success as an All American at the University of North Florida and is a member of the UNF Hall of Fame. Danny's brother, David, was the long time coach of Venus Williams and currently coaches Jessica Pegula who finished 2022 ranked #3 in the world. David was named the 2022 WTA Tour Coach of the Year.
Witt has assembled a very diverse and qualified staff for each of the Witt Tennis programs.
